Elke's pillows

The small niches located all around the part are filled with smaller pillow. Here two German pillows posed on their support of table. On left traditional, that of right-hand side was primarily used to work the gold wire.

On left, an Italian pillow, probably of "Torino". It has a characteristic, look at this drawer inside the roller. And then, a cushion of Honiton. Always the same beaded spindles and, England obliges, the edge is on the right and borders on the left.

Who does not know the song of Charles Trenet "Une Noix": "Which has T-it inside a nut?"... Do not hesitate to click over the detail and your curiosity will be satisfied!
We will finish by a pillow as we use very usually nowadays (in several country). Here, it is not a pillow like the others: it is the "Gold pillow" of Elke. The bobbins are not identical because it "is signed" by the visitors who are likely to admire this collection. Then if you are, one day, one of this privileged people, do not forget a pair of bobbins of your country.
