We will end this report by thanking International Old Lacers Inc members, all of the Association des Dentellières du Québec Inc. and Dentelle Quebec Lace volunteers and especially Louise for the organization, her sense of challenge and her availability. Congratulations, it was a magnificient convention. Also thanks to Diane, Yves and Eugène who took care of us for an extra week and had us visited this beautiful region of Quebec.

It was from July 22 to 28, 2006, in Montreal, QC that the so expected Rendez-vous finally took place! Ìt was the result of a little more than three years work. I would like to thank each of the volonteers team whom contributed to make this dream come true, it was a great pleasure to work together. It would have created many occasion to find happiness as you can see exploring the above report. The teacher’s quality, the reception people’s smiles, the meals, lectures, the banquet show, the multiple occasion to spend a few dollars in lace treasures or the simply to meet friends, all attendees expectation were fulfilled. Here is certainly and event to be classified in the good memories category. Many thanks to Rosanna and Patrick for their dedication to share and spread the lacemaking good news, it is always a great pleasure to meet again.
